Large Update to the property Fall of 2021. Mountainside in Frisco is a great base for your vacation adventure in Summit County. Frisco offers a central location to all 4 of the ski areas and within Frisco, Mountainside sits 5 blocks south of Main Street so it's an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. The bike path and plenty of trails run right near the property and there is a very nice clubhouse with indoor pool/hot tub, 3 outdoor hot tubs and WIFI. 523 is a 3 bedroom private home located within Mountainside so you have access to the clubhouse but you do not share walls with anyone else. Bedding in the home goes Queen in the Master bedroom, Queen in the second bedroom, 2 Twins in the third bedroom and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Den. This home also features a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, private laundry facilities, gas fireplace, and a private one car garage - so don't worry about brushing all that snow off your car, in the morning it will be warm, dry and ready to get you to the slopes. The ultimate family getaway in Frisco!
Our group all agrees: "Hands down, the best place we've stayed in Frisco to date". Thank you for sharing your home with us. The kids loved the pool, pickle ball, and all of the games. Yahtzee! A Perfect Mountain Getaway for Adventure and Relaxation!
Wow! What an incredible spot up here in the mountains! I recently moved to CO for nursing school, but I have not had time to properly explore. This was the perfect exploration trip! The house is cozy, spacious, and has such a beautiful natural light. We enjoyed every day here! We went shopping down on Main St., ate at amazing restaurants, rented a pontoon on the lake (I was the captain) and got massages! It was a super relaxing yet incredibly fun trip. Perfect home for family celebrations and adventures!
This summer was our 2nd stay here at your beautiful home. We immensely enjoyed our week-long stay. Frisco is our favorite place and your amazing home makes the stay feel like home. We celebrated my parents 50th anniversary, and it was wonderful to be able to host family dinners here and be so close to the pool and tennis courts. Charming chalet with perfect proximity to activities!
We had a marvelous time at your chalet. I have stayed at Mountainside for over 30 years and this was the nicest place we've ever stayed. It was perfect for our family and we will definitely be back. We enjoyed the close proximity to the tennis courts and clubhouse. The fully stocked/equipped kitchen as perfect for family dinners and hosting our extended family who were staying in nearby condos.
