How do I check in for my reservation?
All parties check in, in person at our office located at 110 S. First Avenue in Frisco. We will ask you to sign our rental agreement and provide you with property keys, any supplementary keys for clubhouses, etc if applicable, parking passes and directions to your reserved property. Normal check in time is 4pm. We are sometimes able to offer early check in, please contact us in advance (at 800-826-7706 or email@example.com) with those requests as at times it is not possible.
Do you send emails after I make my reservation?
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 1 business day of making your reservation. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact us at 800-826-7706 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is Travel Insurance?
Travel insurance is available for 6.95% of your reservation total. Per our terms and conditions, all reservations are non-refundable 30 days prior to your arrival date. Travel insurance will reimburse your reservation total to you should you have to cancel during the non-refundable time period for a covered reason, such as a medical emergency, flight cancellations or road closures. What is your payment/cancellation policy?
For reservations made more than 30 days prior the arrival date, a non-refundable payment equal to 25% of the total lodging price is due at the time of booking. If booking 30 days or less from the arrival date, full payment is due at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable when taken and all reservations are completely non-refundable 30 days prior to the arrival date. If total payment has been received and cancellation is made 30 days or less from the arrival date, all monies will be retained by Bighorn Rentals. If arrival date is changed for any reason, the earliest arrival date will be used in calculation of 30 day before arrival.
When are reservation payments due?
Your first payment is due at the time of booking. If making a reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, 25% of your reservation total is due at the time of booking and the final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If making a reservation 30 days or less before arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Does everyone have to pay the Damage Waiver fee?
No, the Damage Waiver fee provides up to $1500 of accidental damage protection for your stay. If you would rather not pay this fee, please contact us at 800-826-7706 or email@example.com to arrange for payment of a $1500 deposit that will be returned to you after your stay, pending no damage to the property during your stay. Please note, the $1500 deposit can only be accepted by cash or check and must be received by our office prior to your arrival date.
Where is your office located?
Our office is at 110 S. First Avenue in Frisco, Colorado. The easiest way to find us is to exit I-70 at exit 201, the Frisco Main Street exit, go approximately half a mile, turn right on First Avenue and our office is half a block down on the left.
What are your office hours?
In the winter, office hours are M-F, 8am to 7pm, SS, 9am to 5pm. In the summer, office hours are M-Sun, 9am to 5pm. Please note in the off-seasons, from mid-April to mid-June and again September to mid-November, we are closed on the weekends.
What if I can't check in during business hours?
Please contact us at 800-826-7706 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for you to retrieve your check in packet out of our after hours lock box. To check in, please stop at our office (110 S. First Avenue) in Frisco, sign the rental agreement, place rental agreement back in the lock box and proceed to your reserved unit with the provided keys, parking passes, etc.
