Frisco offers a central location to all 4 of the ski areas and within Frisco, Mountainside sits 5 blocks south of Main Street so it's an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. The bike path and plenty of trails run right near the property and there is a very nice clubhouse with indoor pool/hot tub, 3 outdoor hot tubs and WIFI.

753 is a three bedroom private home located within Mountainside so you have access to the clubhouse but you do not share walls with anyone else. Bedding in the home goes King in the Master bedroom, Queen bed in the second bedroom, Twin Bunk beds in the third bedroom plus a Queen futon in the den. This home also features a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, private laundry facilities, gas grill, gas fireplace, and a private one car garage - so don't worry about brushing all that snow off your car, in the morning it will be warm, dry and ready to get you to the slopes.

Great Location, excellent accommodations, responsive host.
Highly recommend. 10/10. Great place for skiing, especially if you want to explore the different Summit mountain resorts. Easy access. Host agency is super responsive. Quiet neighborhood, with all the amenities.(pool, spa and gym - minutes away). House layout works great for two couples with children. Adults have space above, w own baths. Downstairs plenty of room for kids to have own space, beds, bath, video games. Nice deck with outdoor grill and views of the mountains. Well stocked with everything you need for cooking and relaxing. Off season and during the ski season, just as nice and close to great quaint town of Frisco.. without being in the noise of the busy street, or bustle of the resort condos. excellent rental
Wonderful experience in this mountainside house! We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers and we felt like we could fit many more. Excellent large gathering space and everyone felt that they had more than enough space with the layout spanning over a few floors. One of the best rental experiences that we have had in that area.
