Riverglen Condo 106C is one of our most popular. Located in Frisco, just off Main Street, it's an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants Main Street has to offer. This property is kept up to date with a renovated kitchen and bathrooms including new sinks, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood-like tile and high end finishes. New living room and guest bedroom furniture with a new, high-quality sofa sleeper is also included.
At almost 1100 square feet, this condo is a nice place to relax after a hard day of skiing or hiking the local trails and spacious enough for everyone to spread out. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a King bed in the master, Captain Bunk (Twin over Double beds) in the second bedroom and an additional Queen sofa sleeper in the living area.
Other features include a fully equipped kitchen, woodburning fireplace, private laundry facilities and in-unit WIFI. Welcome to our second home. Shortly after we bought our RiverGlen Condo, a long time resident told us, "the more you invest in your property, the better the guests will treat it." We followed that advise by continually updating the interior. First we redid the family area with it views of the mountains with top of the line furnishings. The America Leather couches, including the most comfortable queen size pull out on the market. At the same time, we replaced to basic twins in the small bedroom with a solid wood single-over-double bunk. (great for kids or another couple). Then we completely redid the kitchen from new tile floors, counters, sinks, cupboards and stainless appliances. The bathrooms were refreshed last year with new counters, flooring, sinks and hardware. My wife has added decorative pillows and many lovely touches without a lot of tacky clutter. We aren't done yet. Next up is replacing the carpet in the entry way and formal dining area with Arizona tile matching the wood-like flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms.
