Welcome to our second home. Shortly after we bought our RiverGlen Condo, a long time resident told us, "the more you invest in your property, the better the guests will treat it." We followed that advise by continually updating the interior. First we redid the family area with it views of the mountains with top of the line furnishings. The America Leather couches, including the most comfortable queen size pull out on the market. At the same time, we replaced to basic twins in the small bedroom with a solid wood single-over-double bunk. (great for kids or another couple). Then we completely redid the kitchen from new tile floors, counters, sinks, cupboards and stainless appliances. The bathrooms were refreshed last year with new counters, flooring, sinks and hardware. My wife has added decorative pillows and many lovely touches without a lot of tacky clutter. We aren't done yet. Next up is replacing the carpet in the entry way and formal dining area with Arizona tile matching the wood-like flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms.
