Built in 1998, the Commerce Exchange boasts a beautiful construction with all the modern amenities as well as a prime location on the corner of Main Street and Fifth Avenue in the heart of downtown Frisco. All of the units there feature an open Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room floor plan, in-floor radiant heat, a master bath with separate jetted tub and stand up shower and private garage space.
Unit 203 is a 1343 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property. It is 2nd floor (top) and an end unit with a Queen bed in the Master bedroom and an additional Queen bunkbed in the second bedroom. There is one good quality Queen air mattress and another Queen sized foam pad that can be used in the living area. The unit also features a fully equipped kitchen, private laundry facilities, WIFI, gas fireplace, and a gas grill on the deck that overlooks Main St. Park the car in the garage and leave it there - the shuttle to Copper Mtn and Breckenridge runs right past the unit and all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street are right outside your door! Beautiful Place in the Mountains!
Spacious condo with a great location! Beautiful mountain decor and a full kitchen for staying in. Amazing Mountain View from the deck, which also overlooks Frisco’s Main Street. Close to cute shops and local restaurants. You can take a hike or rent a boat at the marina down the street in the summer. Or perfect for a ski vacation. Beautiful spot in great location
Great location in the center of Main St, beautiful views off of the patio with pub table for apres ski drinks. Spacious interior with comfortable leather furniture and mountain decor.
