The unit offers a King bed in the master bedroom, King bed in the second bedroom, Queen bed and Twin bunk bed in the third bedroom and an additional Queen sized sofa sleeper in the living area. In addition, the master bath includes an oversized jetted tub and separate stand up shower. Comfortable, Well-located and nicely furnished

Beautiful, spacious, convenient
The condo was perfect for our needs - three large bedrooms were very accommodating, with plenty of storage space. 2 out of 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the third bedroom has one right across the hall, making this the perfect layout for a family or a couples trip. Everything is beautifully furnished, and the combination of both a balcony and a fireplace made it incredibly cozy. Beautiful, Convenient, Spacious - will be back!
Spent all of January at 308 Timberline and couldn’t have been happier. The condo was conveniently located allowing me to ski at Breck, Keystone, Copper, and Vail. The perfect ski oasis
We spent much of January at this condo and it was an absolute hit. We comfortably fit 3 couples with room to spare and the amenities (fireplace, hot tub, etc) made for a cozy respite from the cold. You’re also walking distance to a top brewery (Outer Range) and the quaint town of Frisco, and driving distance to some amazing restaurants (go to Sauce in Dillon, ask for Donna).
