The Frisco BBQ Challenge event showcases more than 70 chefs who compete for the title of best BBQ. They can submit creations for several categories, such as pork, chicken, brisket, ribs, and more! Every detail counts, so get ready to taste the most mouth-watering combos with barbecue sauce, side dishes, and even dessert.
Attend Fun Events
On top of all the tastings, the festival also hosts a variety of fun community activities. Enjoy street performers, live music from more than 10 bands, kid’s activities for little ones, and samples of local spirits from the Breckenridge Distillery.
The Bacon Burner 6K is the perfect event for runners! This 3.8-mile race is a great opportunity to challenge yourself against some of the most scenic backdrops in the country. The race is an out-and-back run on a paved trail, so all levels are welcome! It starts at the Frisco Marina and is segmented into three categories: competitive runners, average runners, and a family walk/jog.
